poorly insulated windows street noise

The building's exterior looked great, definitely to be recommended.

The room was really cold. I understand full heating is not really required here. The windows were not insulated well. It was also noisy. I almost felt wind inside the room.

the location was perfect. the balcony was great. the fridge was a plus! the check in was fast. the room was nice.

the rooms were noisy. i could hear street noise as if the windows were open. the trash collection at midnight made it hard to sleep without earplugs.
